  We offer a fixed fee initial consultation of \u00a3150 plus vat i.e. \u00a3180 for up to one hour with our experienced family law solicitor to provide you with specific and practical advice which is tailored to your issues.\u00a0 We will talk you through the various courses of action and recommendations as to how you may wish to proceed in order to resolve these matters.\u00a0 We will also discuss any other relevant issues with you which may affect your family.<\/p>\n

  We offer a fixed fee service to deal with non-contested divorce cases of \u00a3750 plus vat i.e. \u00a3900 for single applicants (the party issuing the divorce) and \u00a3500 plus vat i.e. \u00a3600 for respondents (the party responding to a divorce application).\u00a0 The applicant will also need to pay a court fee of \u00a3593 unless they are eligible for an exemption\/reduction due to financial circumstances.<\/p>\n

  Our hourly rate in respect to dealing with other family related matters is \u00a3230 plus vat and we can provide you with an estimate of the legal costs involved as well as any other court fees for different types of matters.\u00a0 We provide clients with regular updates and costs information during the case.<\/p>\n
